Usage Direction:

- For most heat or faster heating: Paste on skin (may reach over 60�C).
- For moderate heat: Paste on underside of shirt.
- For least heat: Paste on top of shirt.

Note:
-The pack is Air-Activated so do not open if you're not using it straight as it will gradually heat up within 10 minutes upon contact with air.
-Change usage method or remove completely if it gets too hot!
My Opinion
I'm more on backache and tired legs than menstrual cramp when comes to menstrual problem, and I can feel the effectiveness by knowing my backache has gone less, but my legs can still feel tried with some ache. With just 1 pack on my 2nd day of period, I did not feel any cramps or aches for the whole 7 days at all!
I started using it 11.00am in the morning and the heat is strong. I was expecting it to gone less heaty before 9.00pm as I was in an air-conditioned room from 2.00-7.00pm. But guess what, I still can feel the strong heat at 11.00pm!
While I was in the air-conditioned room, the heat has gone low due to heat transfer, but when I got back to a room temperature condition, the pack gone back to the high temperature. This shows that the MenstruHeat pack does work on very long hours even though you went to a colder room!
Overall, this is AMAZING! Just a thin pack that I can just put in my bag and bring every where, and just peel it and use it whenever I need! The effect is really impressive! Definitely recommend this to girls who always complain how painful they were in Facebook!
