My 2016 Favourite Beauty Products
This is like a super late post but it's better late than never! (I'm literally saying this every year lol).
The favourite beauty product series is my must have blog post every year! But this time, instead of doing the usual blog post, I've did a Facebook Live video talking about my 2016 favourite beauty products (in Chinese)!
Believe it or not, this is the year that I have the most favourite beauty products! Keep reading or watch my video to find them out!
Check out all the beauty products that I used to favourite for the past 3 years:
Here's my live video:
Summary:
#1. Clinique 3-Step Skincare System (Review)
I've mentioned this like 100 times that how it helped to improve my skin! Check out this live video on how it helped and how I used it.
#2. b.liv no spots bye dots blemish cleansing gel (Review)
Before Clinique, this is my favourite.
#3. b.liv Repair & Rescue (Sensitive Salvation) Mask (Review)
Best sheet mask for problem skin I could say.
#4. The Face Shop THE THERAPY First Serum (Review)
Absorbed into skin easily, even thought it's an anti-aging range product, it's still suitable to be used for all skin type as it's basically the first cup of water to your skin and after cleansing.
#5. Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water (Review)
BEST Cleansing water I've even used! It does worked like magnet that suck up all the makeups and dirts on the skin!
#6. Estee Lauder Take It Away Makeup Remover Lotion
Love this cause it's easy to use when I'm lazy to use cotton to remove my make up, and it smells good!
#7. Tarte Buffer Airbrush Finish Bamboo Foundation Brush (Review)
Love that it blends my foundation so well and it's easy to use!
#8. Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Full Coverage Foundation (Review)
The coverage is what I love the most. Whenever I use this product, I don't need concealer at all. Besides, it can be used on problem skin and sensitive skin!
#9. APRILSKIN Magic Snow Cushion (Review)
Cause it has great coverage as well! And also smells very good!
#10. Shizens Sheer Tint Loose Powder - Matt Finish (Review)
The built in brush is too cute and too awesome!
#11. Etude House Play 101 Stick Contour Duo (Review)
Favourite since day one I saw it and bought it! Easy to glide on and blends in very well too! Can't wait to try out their new colours and the colourful blending sticks!
#12. 3CE Cream Blusher (Review)
Super lasting blusher and it's easy to used. Used to have the orange one but gave it to my friend cause I looked like I'm having sunburn with that colour, but another friend gave me another one in Coral shade and I'm using it every day! At the end of the day, the blusher is still on my cheeks! Wut! Awesome!
#13. Etude House Tint My Brows Gel (Review)
Favourite item before I got my eyebrow embroidery on.
#14. VDL Expert Colour Primer for Eyes
Wanted to get the Urban Decay one but found that this has a massive discount and it's way cheaper than UD's, plus review saying it's almost the same as UD's so, yeah. Got this instead, and I LOVE IT! And the Pantone design packaging is a MUST HAVE!
#15. Etude House Pink Skull Colour Eyes (PK001)
Didn't use it very long time yet but I immediately fall in love with this product after receiving it from a contest! The colour is so cute and it got heart shape on the eyeshadow! Just.too.cute.I.cannot!
#16. Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Eye Pencil (Electric Blue)
The electric blue colour is the first thing I love this pencil, then realized that it's so good to use as well! Went to Mitsui look for black (cause they sell cheaper there!) but too bad, they don't have it in black!
#17. Estee Lauder Little Black Liner (01 ONYX)
The 2 ended tip is what attracts me cause I need the thick side to draw my eyeliner wing! It's easy to use and very lasting!
#18. CLIO Waterproof Pencil Liner (02 Brown)
It was a random cheap purchase to try out brown eyeliner and now it's my super favourite that I have to use it every day! But not sure if it's worth the cheap price or not cause it's finishing after 2 months (only)!
#19. NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream
Best matte lip stick ever. Tried some other matte lipsticks and they are either too dry, or not lasting. This product is cheap (compared to other sephora products), smooth on lips and long lasting! Hands down to this! Gonna grab more soon!
#20. Colourpop - Ultra Satin Lip (Hutch) (from Can You Knot)
Got 3 different types (Matte, Gloss and Satin), end up love Satin more than Matte cause the matte is too dry on my lips. The Satin texture is just too perfect, but cannot apply it directly onto my lips as it's too dark and thick. What I love the most is that it's super lasting that it's kinda hard to remove, best to use for some special occasion where I don't want to reapply my lipstick at all.
(The 2 that I did not show/mention in the video)
#21. LAKME Violet Shampoo
This is the reason why my hair colour is still so vibrant!
#22. SOAPABABY Bird Nest Soap (Review)
It's not a famous brand but glad that I got to review them, and turns out I really love it cause it's a total natural product, smells natural and really moisturize my skin!
I understand you guys would prefer image included, but it would be great if you can watch my video instead! (Cuz 20+ images, too lazy to gather them again, sigh) Although I keep on forgetting to mention the product name in my video... Sorry!
And that's it for this post! Finally I complete this overdue post and it's time for me to move on to my next review post! Stay tuned!!
Thanks for reading till the end peeps! xoxo.
