Dettol Deep Cleanse Anti-Bacterial Body Wash and Bar Soap Review

I have to disclaim that Dettol didn't sponsor me to say this, but I have been a big fan of their body wash products since they started their pH balance range of shower gel 3 years ago. Bet all of you have at least used their body wash before as well!

Now I received their new range of products - Dettol Deep Cleanse to do a review again, and I can't wait to share my thoughts about this with you pinkyies!

The Dettol Deep Cleanse range products feature their 100% natural apricot micro scrubbing beads. It works as an exfoliant to help remove dead skin cells for deep cleansing that go deep inside the pore to remove dirt and impurities for better skin protection.

Since Dettol has been famous with their Anti-Bacterial feature, there's no need for me to mention how great this thing is to them. Basically this range is to focus on deep cleansing.

Not forgetting to mention that this range has a really nice apricot smell! But to me, most of Dettol's body wash has nice scents, which also one of the reason that it's my favourite shower gel brand!

If you're a Bar Soap person, this range comes with the Bar Soap type as well. I wasn't a bar soap person initially, until I started to use this cause I really love the feeling of scrubbing my body with this soap! Somehow I feel that I prefer this soap bar than the shower gel cause it's easier to scrub my body and creates more foam easily.

The shape of the bar soap is not exactly rectangle or rounded corner only, it's a little bit curvy which makes it easier to hold, and I'm loving it!!

My Thoughts

No doubt that this is another favourite shower gel of mine from Dettol, once again! I was quite excited when I saw this range cause they are really doing something different to their shower gel other than just producing more different scents.

The natural apricot micro scrubbing beads in the shower gel is a big plus point for me! I can really feel the beads rubbing around while I'm using it, and it feels really clean after my shower. But I don't think this product has the pH balance property cause I feel my skin has a little bit squeaky clean after using it, I think that it's the deep cleansing effect. 

Comparing the shower gel and the bar soap, I'm surprised that I love the bar soap better cause the feeling of holding the soap to cleanse my whole body is very syok! Initially the bar soap feels like a normal soap, but after the first later of the soap was used, I can feel the beads on the surface of the soap and it's like a gentle scrub on the skin. With this it makes me even wanna use it to cleanse the part of my body where I have more dead skin and rarely cleanse them properly.
